RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the day of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, undamaged and must be in its original condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and resalable.
Return shipping will be at your own expense. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. To complete your return we required a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email TB@shoptonibuchanan.com with your order number and notify us of your intention to return.
Please note that under no circumstances will customized products be accepted for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify of the status of your refund- whether it has been rejected or approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your account due to various processing times between payment providers.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Toni Buchanan LLC website or other platforms as accurately as possible.
EXCHANGES / FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Toni Buchanan LLC will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email TB@shoptonibuchanan.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.
Please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and we will transfer the shipping costs to your account.
Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Toni Buchanan LLC.
To arrange a gift return, please email TB@shoptonibuchanan.com and we will assist you further. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach Toni Buchanan LLC, so please make sure it’s packaged properly and cannot be damaged in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning to and that you obtain proof of postage. Signature on delivery to Toni Buchanan LLC is required.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.
